		<description>Great read and I can agree on the above mentioned on how to start link building, and one can also do comment blogging but only on relevant sites. Doing the check on competitors sites is a great way to see who they linking to and from. Submitting to relevant directories are also a great form of link building and a good start in getting creditability for new sites</description>

I would disagree however about the value of dMOZ nowadays, I think it is better and easier to get links from industry related directories.

Also regarding the bit about buying links from third party&#039;s and that they are usually low quality.  This depends which link vendor you are using.  If you&#039;ve got the $$$ you can still acquire powerful and relevant links, not just one&#039;s from some dodgy Russian blog.</description>
